We want mature players who understand they need to work their way up the totem poll. There are some leadership oppurtunities in the group if we feel you are a good canidate for that later on. At the same time this does not mean a new guy gets disrespected. In fact, the way we treat each other is pretty much equals aside from directing people on what to do in general, examples: making a trade run, doing a mission, help build, do a pickup, etc.
