When you walk out of a building, or anything that puts you between two things, i.e. a cracked wall, doorway etc, walk so you are standing just past it, stop and wait 2 - 5 seconds, then you will be able to move without problem.

It will be fixed, it is experimental after all. These things happen.

 

Try walking out of buildings instead of running/sprinting, apparently it works.
