Easily? I had to make like 50 trips to barracks just to get one, without any ammo, good thing that I have collected all SD ammo but still, dont say its easy.

Random is random, I found one the first time I ever went into the barracks. You can't put a difficulty on something that is RNG.

Good place to look for spawns and percent chance is on the wiki, there is an interactive map that contains loot info including the info your looking for.

Just a warning though it can become addictive using that map as it does make the game a lot easier in the sense that you know exactly what buildings on the map you can go in and loot and which ones are a waste of time crawling too.

I have an M4A1 CCO with 8 magz atm, i found it in a deer stand, have also found a few other M4A1's in deer stands but they were just the normal gun.
