How to warn people for a reset?

Sometimes when a server restarts the tents and vehicles all disappear and it needs to be restarted again.

How do you tell everyone on the server you are resetting it to fix this if you are not the global admin, just a normal admin?

I am not sure what you are calling a 'normal' admin or a 'global' admin however you can use the remote Rcon tool:

AFter logging in just do

say -1 message

So you would log in and do this

say -1 RESTART IN 2 MINUTES!!!

Well I do not own/rent the server but I am an admin. That is, when I am in game I can log into Server Control and can do things such as kick, ban, and restart. Or those are the only options I have. I do not log in much at all, except if the guy who runs the server asks me to and restart it. I feel bad restarting though because I did not know how to let other players on it, a reset is coming.

As InGame Admin you should be able to use the Global Chat.

If you have the server admin password you will be able to use the tool I linked to log in.

I do have different passwords for InGame Admin and for BERCon Admin.

Cyberkitten I suppose that could be true but most servers will not and if he is being trusted to restart the server regularly I am sure the owner could provide him the BERcon password.
