The mod has it, in fact the mod started it and it was later ported to A3. Probably the only reason it isn't on SA is the fact that modding isn't allowed yet.

As Dchil said, it was first on Dayz Mod, 

You're not going to see SA mods for some time until its out of its alpha/beta stage 

 

Only way I could think of, would be if you Traded Mayt Lightfoot some Nudes of Steak

I knew it was a DayZ mod (mod) first :)  I just thought it would be cool to play it on DayZ once steam workshop or whatever is available

Have you played the standalone recently? Thanks to lack of features, the game is literally a slower-paced deathmatch... I'm not hating on the game but what else is there to do apart from kill people? I've explored the map, met new people and helped them etc. but what now?

That is actually a really good idea! With less guns I think people would stop spending the whole game hiding in a bush lol
