Any way of playing Day Z through wifi hotspot?

Hey guys, I basically was wondering if there was a way I could play Day z through my phone's wifi hotspot. Logging into the game, I noticed no servers pop up as opposed to when I had internet. I only have my phone's mobile network to manage with and I was trying to see if it was possible I even connect to a server at all...
