Just spawned, No color?

I have tried messing around with ALL of the video settings and nothing is fixing it?? 

 

Here is a picture of me after i died and respawned (Sometimes the color goes negative as well. And super dark and i cant see anything and when i change brightness and stuff all i see is a whole bunch of blue.)

Would this mean i need a better video card or processor or something? The game was running fine for the longest time and it randomly started doing this.. My computer isn't exactly the best but it was working earlier...

RAM: 4GB

If I was to guess, its either night on the server or your gamma is turned way down.

Gamma wasn't way down.. That wasn't even the bad part though. The bad part was when i saw almost negative colors.. Like blue and black and grayish looking colors. And it was super dark. I got off since then. It got too bad. Is night messed up??
