We're currently in the process of changing servers, stay tuned.

In response to the growing infection in eastern Europe, US JSOC dispatched select elite special operations groups to gather intelligence and escort scientists attached to the operation. Part of the joint task force was us: SEAL Team 6. The operation went bad before it even began.

While investigating a small town on the coast of Chernarus, one of the doctors under our command came down with a flu-like illness. Hours later, he violently attacked several SEAL Team members, and inflicted serious injuries before he was finally subdued. With part of our team incapacitated, we called for a medevac, which never came. When time ran out, those team members turned.

The entire group was thrown into confusion. We were finally able to make contact with command, who informed us of a secondary extraction point. After arriving, we secured the area, but upon arrival our helicopter was shot down by a Russian SAM. After that we lost all radio and satellite contact and decided to go underground. Over the weeks, we lost a few good men to the infection and Russian snipers. Eventually, with the threat of starvation looming overhead, we decided to strike back.

3 weeks later...

After a long war with the remnants of the Russian Spetsnaz, we are happy to declare the infection zone clear of organized military hostiles. Pockets of resistance have crept up here and there but we now have the upper hand.

As such, we have created a survivor evacuation zone in Chernogorsk. Any unarmed survivors in need of medical support or evacuation to the north will have to make it to the Cherno dock platform for chopper evac. We have declared Cherno a survivor safe-zone, so any act of aggression against the SEALs or unarmed survivors will be met with the use of deadly force.

The 'real' story...

For weeks now we have been playing on EU-BIGBO, due to the presence of helicopters. Unfortunately, so were a large group of Russian hackers. They hoarded all of the vehicles and were able to simply spawn in massive amounts of great gear and weapons. So with nothing else to do, we set up a secret base under the premise of 'US Special Forces cut off from support and left to survive in the wasteland'. And we fought a guerrilla war against the Russian hackers, thus nicknamed the 'Red Army'.

It was difficult at first. They could show up at any time, in groups ranging anything from 2-12. Often heavily armed and in helicopters or military trucks. The first week, we were able to eliminate several squads by using stealth tactics and only common weapons. We geared ourselves off their bodies and then used that gear to fight larger groups, eventually destroying several of their ground vehicles, and at least one helicopter. The fighting was tough, they had a plethora of weapons, from thermal scopes to light machineguns, to rocket launchers and C4.

The tipping point was this past week, where we were finally able to steal a working helicopter and a ton of supplies inside it.

The next day, some admins finally got on and banned them all for hacking. At least 10 of them are gone forever. So the SEALs were declared the winners, and we in turn decided to help out the server pop for a change. We still run our own private ops, but during certain times we will be policing the coastal highway and evacing survivors out of Cherno.

OUR MISSION: Foster cooperation, trust, and support among survivors while simultaneously protecting them from the worst of the zone's dangers.

OUR TEAM: The SEALs roster as it currently stands:

-PENDING SERVER CHANGE-

We are moving from EU-BIGBO to an official hive server. BIGBO has choppers, however, today we discovered the owner and admins on the server are hackers. We took a video earlier of the owner 'Rajko' teleporting around, teleporting after dying, and using a hacked M32 MGL weapon to kill us. Will be posting the proof later in the cheating reports section later tonight. For now I would advise everyone to NOT play on EU-BIGBO. It is run by hackers.

With this server change we will start selectively recruiting new members. Anyone who wants to become a SEAL please post here or PM me personally, so I can brief you in-detail.

We'll pick a new server most likely tonight or tomorrow and edit to main post.

Here is some actual hard evidence...of you not only admitting that you hack, but also banning the SEALs for doing nothing but killing you and calling you out.

To everyone else watching, this video starts shortly after we kill rajko the first time and look at his body. Clearly sporting some hacked items there in his gear. He then spawns in right next to us (nowhere near a normal spawn zone) and kills Nameless with some kind of plasma exploder thingy. Then he bans us. (Not to mention we watched him setting up this huge hacker base with like sandbags and barbed wire and hacked weapons it was ridiculous)

At any rate, yeah, I'm interested in joining. Problem is, my play time is severely limited - I work 5 days a week (sometimes 6), at least 8 hours a day, some times 10, up to 12.. Basically I have about 3 free hours a weekday (generally 2 to 5), and my weekends are either spent on the computer or out with friends. I've got a week's break coming up week after next, but otherwise, that incredibly demanding schedule is rock solid.

Protip: if you just got out of high school, GO TO COLLEGE. Or ENLIST. DO NOT WORK IN A FACTORY. The money is fantastic, but your entire life will be work. You'll work twelve hours, you'll come home, sleep seven, dream about work while you sleep, wake up, GO RIGHT BACK TO WORK.

The code part in my reply is meaningful to server admins and tonic, who might add you to the global guid banlist.

I actually didnt mean to play that long, except i found this island with a heli, with the structure of sandbags visible from the air, went to investigate, and some time after i did...i got teleported to the otmel hill 30m into the air, and died there. So i had to go back, and kill whoever was doing that, so i could see the name, and know who to ban.

Getting back there by swimming took a damn long time. The only one doing the teleporting was you.

The "plasma launcher" was just a HE grenade from a rifle, fired while i was prone.

You got me too, i was left with 1.7k blood and bleeding and broken. But it didn't matter, because i finished my task of getting you hackers out.

My team swims out to this island and finds a huge base and you're sitting there setting it up so we kill you. (notice we have shit gear) We decide to turn on fraps.

We found a hacked grenade launcher on your body, and you spawn in 5 seconds later in the same spot and you magically have the same grenade launcher and kill us.

Yours makes no sense. Especially the part about it taking you forever to swim back. You appeared right in front of us immediately after dying, with a grenade launcher and backpack, the whole nine yards. Trying to say we teleported you to otmel is just total bullshit. How da fuq can you call us hackers when you're the one blatantly hacking to kill us? Linked video shows all we killed you with was an AKM.

So I guess by your logic you're a noob for pretending to be some hardcore survivor in a zombie apocalypse, when in reality you're some fat ass 40 year old sitting in front of your computer all day breaking chairs.

Here's a little clarification since you seem to be a dimwit:

We swam out and found AKM and M4s in his base before he teleported in randomly the first time we killed him. That much should have been obvious to you since you're so smart. There was a lot more hacked shit in his tents too that we didn't want to touch. And the video proves everything. Yeah we started frapsing a little late. But Rajko himself has already accidentally verified that that was his body, and he killed us with the same weapon we found on said body. If you had bothered to read any of this thread you would know that.

No. Read the whole thing. We only took some legit guns we found and shortly afterwards he showed up and we killed him. We found the M32 launcher on his body. But we obviously didn't take any of his hacked gear.

So you are saying there were times you were against groups of 12 hackers? And you were triumphant?

What I said was exactly what you can read in that entire post you've quoted from. Once we saw at least 12 of them in a single area. Other times there were as little as 1 or 2. And yes, during one instance we fought maybe 7-8 of them and managed to kill nearly all of them before getting blown up by a rocket launcher.

Unlike the admin of that server, the Russian hackers didn't do anything other than spawn in crazy items and hoard vehicles(as far as I can tell). So when we killed them they didn't teleport right back in like Rajko does, and they weren't invincible either.

We won in the end when they all got banned from the server.

I really don't mind playing against hackers that spawn in items. Its a welcome challenge, in fact, since my group is generally over-geared for fighting the average lone survivor. Hackers are everywhere in DayZ. If you can't hold your own against them, you're probably a baddie.

Especially was it cool with the Russians, since it really did feel like we were fighting heavily armed NPCs. Its not like we fought them every single second of the day, but when we did it was awesome. Eventually we were killing them with their own weapons.

Hackers have become so commonplace in DayZ it seems, so if they happen to creep up on the server I frequent, I'm not going to just flat out quit. Its quite a challenge fighting hackers and the payoff in gear is usually stellar. If Battleye isn't going to do anything about them I might as well accept the fact and use it to my advantage. I only get bothered when the actual server owner who is supposed to be responsible for combating hacking is himself a hacker, and exploits much more than just spawning hacked gear.

TL;DR version: Yeah. We fucking raped those Russians to death. Deal with it.
