Debug Monitor Disappears/No Player names

I am having two issues, one; after a certain amount of time on a server the debug menu likes to completely disappear.Another thing, when I aim at teammates I cannot see there name (but can still do actions to them) and I don't have any green sights on the screen. I am not playing hardcore, just on regular difficulty.

About the player nametags:

Just to clarify, are you refering to your own difficulty setting in game or to the server's?

Because it's the server settings that matter.

About the debug window: I have that as well sometimes. (no idea how to get it back)

The ammo/weapon display in the right top corner also vanishes from time to time. (switching weaponmode ("f") gets it back)

it doesn't matter what the difficulty is.. 3rd person, cross-hair and players names can all be configured independently (server-side)
