carterjakep 0 Posted May 11, 2014 I have tried all of the steps posted in this: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/185685-dayz-standalone-steam-preparing-to-launch/ thread, but none worked. I have Windows 8.1 and everything is up to date; Steam, Drivers, DayZ. I do not want to do a clean install of Windows because that is too much for me to do for 1 game not working.
