Unplayable desync lag in DayZ SA

When ever I play DayZ it's always been unplayable for me, for 10 minutes it's fine and I'm running along side my squad but out of seemingly no where for 5-10 minutes they all just start running in place, but the weird thing is they can still see me running around and my ping is low, I just can't see other players which is a huge problem.

Specs:

Intel core i7 4770k 

MSI z87-G45

EVGA Gtx 770 double SC ACX

2x4gb's Vengence 1600mhz ram

 

and my internet is speed is around

15-30 ping 

13 mpbs down 

3-5 mbs up

 

Anyone have this issue and know a work around? DayZ SA seems like it would be fun if I could actually play it ha ha.
