ARMA 2 OA Errors, Cant Update ARMA 2 and cant Play DayZ Mod

i recently just duel booted my mac to a windows 8.1 64bit OEM in what i thought would play games. it does, Arma 2 works fine, but when i come to update it with Day Z Commander, the typical message of Wrong CD Key displays, i've tried all the remedies, Exit it, open as admin and open Operation Arrowhead then open day z commander and update it. But even when i'm dealing with one problem, another appears!

 

No Entry 'C:\Users\User\Documents\ArmA2\ArmA2OA.cfg.3D_Performance' 

 

A Pathway to a file through directories, right?

 

Wrong.

 

The directory has 0 files names ArmA2OA.cfg.3D_Performance and i already have deleted and re-installed the game to see if any files were corrupted on the installation.

 

and just to add the cherry on the top, i cant play with the beta patch (Missing Executable)

 

I Hope someone can answer for me, or spending £80 on an OS to play just one game will feel like a complete waste, seen as though DayZ Was the reason i spent £80 on an OS.
