Personally, I don't - I gave up on collecting and saving items since I prefer playing the game under pressure. Nothing feels worse than getting all this equipment, getting to NEAF and getting shot, losing it all. So now I make sure I get the bare minimum and then run to Berezino/NEAF. If I die, I don't care - if I stay alive, I'm alive for another day, time to get more food and water.

I go 'house to house' all around the map on single server and still amass a crapton of gear because everyone heads straight to Berezino for the death match.

Logged of in Vybor. Next day I logged in again and found a press vest in the police station in Vybor. Then took the route north and found an anti stab vest in the train station near Gvozdno. All within 2-3 hours. Never found any of both again.
