Dayz init.sqf error

I've looked all over the internet, and I am planning to totally quit on this.

I have no problem joining servers. The problem is my character generation. It never happens. I've gotten booted to the desktop with an accompanying message.

 

ArmA 2 OA

Include file z\addons\dayz_code\system\ca\functions\init.sqf not found.

I have DayZ Epoch 1.0.4.2 downloaded, I believe my ArmA 2 and OA is up to date(Via steam,automatic updates), when the loading screen displays after selecting which survivor i would be, it would just seem to stay there for about 30 secs-3 mins and then it crashes with the message. 

I have heard that I need to edit the init.sqf file, but I do not know which pbo file, and what directory it is in. Please help.

if u figure it out please post about the fix and solution or message me... I just rebooted my computer to factory settings and downloaded everything from scratch b/c I was using play withsix and I thought I did something to some file somewhere but evidently I didn't and everyone is having this problem. Anyways I have windows 8.1 and im usually running playwithsix and that's been working for me till 2 days ago and I been trying to look for the solution ever since. include file z/addons/dayz_code/system/ca/functions/init.sqf not found. WTF!!!
