Spread out spawn points across all cities

(I had actually posted this in the new player section, but I think it would do better here as I think this is a legit suggestion)

My suggestion is to increase the spawn points to cover all cities. This would help bring the game world more to life across all areas rather than just the coastline.

While the coastline is a large chunk of land, this would still help to prevent new player killings along the shore. This would also help drive away the congestion in the southern cities and spread people out more. Many of the current cities up north are lifeless. (With the exception of some of the military bases)

I'm open to suggestions or ideas and perhaps thoughts on why this may be a bad change. But as of right now I think it would help improve gameplay.
