[1.7.1.5] Food & Water Meters Refilling

Date/Time: 6-26-12

What happened:

While playing a player is able to join the lobby. Then the player can respawn at the same spot. This will result in refilling of water/food meters to max; as well as refilling all ammo clips.

Where you were:

Balota to NWAF

What you were doing:

Rejoining the lobby to hopefully address lag.

*Current installed version: 1.7.1.5
