Anyone able to loot help crash sites yet?

I just got to a crash site killed all the zombies... no loot has he fixed it yet or is it not worth going to them?

I've looted dozens of chopper crashes.

Loot spawns on the ground surrounding the chopper, sometimes you will find loot directly under the chopper (I've found an M14 under it before, could only see it because the barrel poked out of it!)

Loot doesnt re-spawn at Helis so if someone (or multiple people) got to the chopper first it will most likely be looted and empty.

Pulled an AS-50 and a FN FAL yesterday, so yes it is working.

You gotta really have a look aroudn the chopper though moving your mouse methodically to search the entire close area around the chopper. I've found loot close to the tail on teh ground, near the nose, near the doors etc. Most of the loot I've found at the crash sites were not visible at all until they were picked up and in my inventory.
