What happened during the incident:

Was about to do a supply trip when we heard a heli, decided to slowly move towards but it ended up coming back and before you knew, it was firing rockets at friendlies and at some randoms in the city. Seemed like apache style heli and based on what I remembered, Huey doesn't have built in rockets. Also this heli seemed to have searchlights which can be seen later in the video (no idea if Huey has em). Server only had around 8~ players at the time.

That's a UH-1Y Huey Venom Gunship.

Has rocket pods and minigun's on the side.

It's the living version of the crashed helicopters that spawn in, and are definitely hacked-in.
