Dieing straight after spawning.

Is there any possibility to stop you from spawning or spawning you somewhere else if a player is nearby?

Or at least giving you a warning before you spawn and asking you if you would still like to spawn?

I mean I just logged on in Blunt rocks in the middle of the forest with a player lying in the grass behind me who proceeded to blow my brains out.

Not the best way to lose a 4 day old character especially when your mates are up there waiting for you..
