Having strange movement lag with my mouse and keyboard

Ok, so I just bought this game and realized that there is a half a second delay from when I move my mouse to when my character move. This also happens to my keyboard movements as well. Id like to know if I can fix this response lag.

There is a tremendous amount of desync and lag in the game right now, but not so much as to the problems you are facing. What is happening to you sounds a lot like FPS lag. Could you please list the build you are currently running?
