You have 4 stages of hunger:ENERGIZED HUNGRY - "My stomach grumbles","I'm feeling hungry","I want to eat something",”I feel hungry"VERY HUNGRY - "I'm extremely hungry","My stomach grumbled violently","I'm starving"DYING OF STARVATION - "I'm dying of starvation" Let’s start off with ‘ENERGIZED’. You are fully energized when you have reached 5,000 energy. You gain energy by eating food or drinking certain sodas.
