Wow. My bad, I forgot to put my skype name down.  chris.n1kko is it.  And what do you mean creat from your own? you mean like make them from scratch? If thats the question, then the answer is you can't. You can only use the models provided.  The links you posted are from mods that other people would need to download in order to see the buildings you have placed.  Its best to just use the vanilla buildings.
