Zombie spawn rates still bugged?

I understood that in the latest update (1.7.1.5) the zombie spawnrates have been fixed. But is it still bugged? In 1.7 you could loot a town by killing the zombies at a specific location at the town and come back later and the way was still clear. Or you could clear a building and use it as a ''safespot'' while roaming the streets nearby.

Well, 1.7.1-1.7.1.4 was pure insanity. 1.7.1.5 spawnrate is much more controlled, but its still a bit off. (IMO) The zombies seem to spawn back instantly when you go 30 meters further of where they spawn. Also, using loud weapons is pretty suicidal because the aggro range is much further than the spawn range.

Happened today:

>go into a barn with a friend

>kill 5 zombies inside and a few that aggro from the outside

>continue your journey

>50 meters away from the barn, accidentally aggro a few zombies

>run back into the barn; its fully occupied by zombies

>they spawned back in ~1 minute

>kill over 9000 zombies

Later:

>in a cowshed at the edge of Novy Sobor

>kill a few zombies at the end of the building

>go to the other end of the building to loot stuff

>go back the the other side

>all the zombies are back in less than a minute

>shoot the zombies

>the whole place aggroes onto us

>shoot massive amounts of zombies because they spawn 30m+ away from us, still hear the gunshots, and spawn as fast as we can kill them

Am I alone with this problem?

I've been seeing this, too. I just mentioned this to my friend (who just started playing). I don't recall it being so difficult to infiltrate a city/village as it is now. They've got dozens of zombies just swarming everywhere.

Also, the same aggro problem happpened to us. We'd kill ~ 5 zeds and more would just keep coming, even though we didn't move. I would like to see the respawn timer increased a little more so you can clear an area and know it should be safe for at least ~10 min (excluding the random roaming zed).
