Spawn with crossbow with no bolts

A crossbow is one of the most pain in the ass weapons to use. It's ammo slots also take up 1 per shot. Why not just give new spawns a crossbow with no bolts? Crossbow bolts are somewhat common ammo, and it's difficult, to say the least, to use in PVP (effective range 30 meters). It's not like they're supposed to be uncommon either (though I haven't had much luck with weapons lately). This wouldn't make new spawns any more dangerous than they're really supposed to be and would give them at least a little protection.

Crossbow already has the perfect balance. No need to make it ubiquitous.

I don't actually know anyone who owns a crossbow. Having everyone spawn with one would feel.... weird.

Not sure about a crossbow but I think new players should spawn with either a hatchet or crowbar.
