Does anybody know any servers in America that still have side chat turned on?

none of them should really it was patched out unfortunatley..

No, since the patch I've been on a few servers with side chat still there.

While it may be true that there are some that still have side chat, that won't be around forever, if the devs continue status quo. If you're looking for communication outside of direct chat, you'll need third party software such as TeamSpeak. It's presently 'working as intended', imho.
