Random Bus

Ok, so my friend and I were checking out the NE airfield. We were moving through the hangers coming from the tower. I slipped into the 2nd one and right as I moved past the loot spawn to the left inside the door a Bus spawned in with a guy in the driver's seat. My friend though it spawned on top of me. It was half glitched through the hanger wall so it wasn't able to move. We were both lining up to take shots at the driver when both he and the bus despawned.

Now I'm assuming this a hack right?
