Simple solution to the side chat.

I love the side chat. I want it back. The majority wants it back. Some minority dont.

I suggest:

* regular servers have side chat on.

* veteran server have side chat off (as it is now).

* expert servers are debatable. I would make in on too. Since veteran servers are for hardcore.

Simple right ? I need the side chat, without it it is too boring.
