I have a broke leg and I'm stuck in a scaffold.

I'm in the city above the north east airfield behind the supermarket stuck in the scaffold. Can somebody come and kill me or patch me up around 7pm eastern time? It's around 6 pm here now. I'm on a regular server and will join what server you name here.

I've found that sometimes rollign left/right (Q or E key by default) can cause your body to free itself or leap off the edge of something.  Useful for getting up some stair cases with a broken limb also.

Join an almost full server and cry for help in mic. sooner or later - you are gonna be dead.

You can always try to shoot or hit your melee wep on somewhere. It will attract zombies from miles away.
