jordyr 0 Posted April 25, 2014 So I was playing yesterday and I came across a guy with a lot of gear and I felt like killing him (even tho its a dick move) tho I ended up not doing so cause I would feel bad, though a couple minutes later he ended up killing me ( fresh spawn) Does anyone else feel bad killing someone? I've knocked people out with a shovel, stole their pants, fed them bleach, and watched them die slowly before. If yes you're fine.2: Were they better equipped than you? If yes, you're fine.3: Were they already bleeding, running from zombies, killing another player in obvious self-defense? If yes, you're an asshole.4: Did you kill them purely out of malice (didn't want any of their stuff, they hadn't seen you yet)? If yes, you're an asshole.5: Was it a scoped mosin vs a pistol at 500 meters? If yes, you're an asshole.6: Did this happen? If yes, you're an asshole. As long as you can justify the kill to yourself, don't worry about it. If you can't, don't stay up all night wondering if you're going to burn in Hell or not. DayZ without players killing you (atm) is just a walking/starvation simulator. Ethiopia 2014 is boring without the Somalia DLC. TIC 1050 Posted April 26, 2014 The best way to not feel any type of guilt and not wanting to kill anyone is to avoid all confrontations with survivors and just kill zombies and animals instead.
