I've got a sniper + ghillie where is my best position to camp ?

Give me locations of NW airfield , Stary , Cherno , Elektro , Berezino

NE airstrip

Where is my best spot in all those city's / areas

PLEASE PM ME BEFORE SURVIVORS READ THIS AND LOOK FOR ME xD

CQC with a sniper, it's risky, and more fun.

Suggest you go and find out yourself. One way to do it is, go on the editor with a vehicle and scout the area out for good sniper spots.
