does anybody have any idea were i should start looking for one? like were do they usally spawn? preferably around the north east side of the map. ;-)

As far as your question, I have no idea. I tend to find them just, where ever lol. I don't look too hard for them. They just appear before me randomly when scavenging for food/drink.

I've found 3-5 on my journey so far. Mostly in those grey rectangular industrial buildings with a stair and a tiny room in them. That's where I've found MOST of them. And some Wolf masks too. 
I wear one myself :3 not a bandit but it looks aojdfsvddosvj;s awesome as hell.
