Cannot load servers in the list (very slow)

When i start the game and i want to enter servers my list just freezes and when i alt+tab DayZ has Not responding status, then after a while it doesnt. And then when i want to choose Regular or Hardcore i got freeze again or massive delay. Only way i can enter a game is to follow a friend via Steam.

Any solution?
