My screen is plagued by a red static since the new update

Soooo yeah, heres a screenshot attached of what my game looks like all the time since the new update. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it? And sorry if no one can see it, my screen is just covered in red static when I am in first person at all times. I cannot find a single other person on the internet who has this issue.

That's freakin' weird. O.O

Try resetting graphics? 

Try changing render resolution a tad bit?

Had the same problem

 

Just go to configure>Video...>Rendering... then disable postprocess rendering and it should go away.
