Debug plains on ANZ 4

On ANZ4, I and I think everyone else at the time were spawning in debug plains. I got killed there and I've heard this is a bannable offence so I was wondering if I could have justice. I'd just run all the way to the NW airfield and had had a fair few hours logged up. I understand that this is so low on the teams priorities at the moment. But anyway the said incident happened at 9:10. But more to the point I think this is happening across all ANZ and NZ servers.
