Missing stuff in backpack after log in

After login I checked my inventory just to see that half my stuff in my backpack is missing.

It was a lot of good stuff, but before you start trolling. I am not complaining, I know it is Alpha.^^

 

I am just wondering if this is some kind of bug or if it could be that someone might have hacked my account.

 

Has anyone have a similiar experience?

It's probably a bug, is this the first time it's happened or has it happened previously? If it has happened before and you can reproduce it, please file a bug report at feedback.dayzgame.com

You had some 4 slots objects/a sawed off gun?

If yes, how many empty space there were in your backpack?

Every time you log in objects in the inventory are reorganised (everything is put on the top of the container): if the space is not sufficient something might get lost.

Objects with big dimensions clearly can create more problems.

No, it was the first time. I searched the bug forum this morning didn't find anything similar. Maybe it is worth a report. But I sure hope it is not going to reproduce. ^^

Yes, it was a protector case with contents, a medic pack and sawed-off dinner bell (which still is there). I am not sure if there were 8 empty spaces, didn't count them exactly, but it were at least 8 spaces. You right, it was reorganised. The hand gun was in a different place and there were not any four connected squares.

It's just that I ran around like that for a while now. Only change was that I changed servers the last few times, because my old server apparently was shut down.
