so we went to refuel our choppers and jeep, shit got heavy so we get a bit violent.

You landed too hard, this kills the helicopter. Not sure how it repaired itself though.

Also, sometimes the person's death state is not saved in the database fast enough. The person can simply respawn at his last character save

This isnt the pilots view, the landing was fine on his side :( must have been a bug if it Fixed itself.
