Screaming while unconcious (lol?)

Has anyone else noticed that your character screams while zombies munch on you while you're unconcious? :rolleyes: "It hurts enough to scream, but not enough to wake up". :P

We were in elektro powerplant firestation and 2 other people where there, one fell off and broke his leg the other fired the lee, we both knew what was coming and climbed buildings and saw the guy with the broken leg screaming :(

We tried to lob a smoke but the guy with the lee kept shooting zeds which drew them back to the firestatio. In the end we had to pop him to save the group
