The guy was geared out and asked him if he had an M1911 mags.....

 

One thought would be that he was going to waste him eventually, but didn't want to damage any potential magazines you had. So, I wouldn't feel too, too bad.

You must be referring to the Sporter. ;3 The M4 is DayZ's BFG.

No really, the m4 isn't that great..... you really do kill just as easily with pistols in this game lol. It's all looks with no bang and terrible accuracy

I agree, only thing M4 has over the pistols is bigger mags and some extra attachments. Basically just a pistol with x3 mag and a primary slot.

Thats why I roll mosin sniper ;)
