Connecting failed? Anyone else get this?

Every time i try to join a server it says "Confirmation of Changes" and "Connecting Failed". What is going on here? I can barely play the game because it LITERALLY takes me 35 minutes to finally join a server.

 

I've tried running as administrator and changing a few router settings. I've tried validating game cache and changing files in the game. Re-installing didn't work. NOTHING IS WORKING!??!?!?!?!?!?.

 

 Please someone help me fix this problem!

That connection is failing is often the term used when you are trying to join full servers.

AAAAAAaaaaaaaa....sorry...happens all the time no matter which server I try. Full, empty, half full, fully empty, regular, hardcore.

Full servers give the message "Maxiumum players has been reached". This connecting failed problem is a major issue that still has yet to be addressed
