Help Regarding 1.8.0.3 Clothing/Model

Hello fellow DayZ Players. I have come to you all with a question that has been on my mind for a very long time. The patch has hit and for many many weeks a friend and I have been making failing attempts towards implementing skins such as CZ_Soldier_MG_DES_EP1, US_Soldier and etc to work. We use the Bliss database and it seems to be reseting it back to the regular survivor skin when changing it. In other words we have tried making it into custom clothing but to no avail. We have done endless hours of googling and research upon the forums but with no success. I come here with the simple question of how do you change and alter a players skin and make clothing.  We are a private server that is trying to expand the wardrobe but...we simply cannot find a way to do so. All the help you can give would be greatly appriciated. Please do reply and I thank you for your time. If you need more info on the matter i'll be sure to reply asap.
