here's my suggestion for id a friend:

if I walk up to a friend, besides open his backpack, add another option to mark as friend, so next time I aim at him, maybe a red x will show up, or his name will show up above his head.

but if that's turned on, I think everyone can see everyone, and in long distance. so that's bad.

I'm thinking the names don't show up unless you go up to a person and click the the "mark as a friend" option I talked about.

implementing something like this would take less time than making new art for more clothing customization.

this would be a good "for now" fix.

i would like it however, if when some sort of "friend" identify thing happens, that it is only active within 50M.

yes, that's what I'm talking about, once you mark someone as a friend, if you aim at him in distance, say 50M, his name will show up, or when you aim at him within 50M, there's an option "id", if you marked him as friend before, then his name shows up.
