Do vehicles spawn 100% working?

im looking at the dayz map for vehicle spawn locations. wondering if they spawn 100% working or do they all need to be repaired?

some might work, to some degree. Expect to have to atleast repair wheels/fill up with gas.

Their state of repair is random. I've seen fully repaired, I've seen nearly on fire. The high rarity vehicles (Ural, Military Offroad, UAZ) are usually in a pretty poor state at least requiring all 4 wheels.

I find it typically on a curve

Small vehicles like motorcycles, atvs etc are mostly repaired.

Medium vehicles like pickups or cars are usually mostly destroyed.

Large vehicles like buses and cargo trucks are a little more repaired. Not sure if it's intended to work like this.

I've not been lucky enough to find one, except through binoculars watching someone else get to it before me.
