What happened: Grass protruding through the floor of one of the enterable houses.

Where you were: One of the enterable houses in Komarovo.

What you were doing: Going inside the house to loot.

Timeline of events before/after error: Enter the house and grass is protruding from the floor, couldn't see any loot, so I left.

What happened: The sound of flies was around, but there was no nearby body to be found.

What you were doing: Running from Cap Golova into Cherno.

Timeline of events before/after error: I was running from Cap Golova into Cherno and as I was running, I heard the sound of flies, so I assumed a body was around, but I could not find one.

What happened: I tried to run into one of the red apartment buildings to loot it, but the moment I ran through the doorway, my legs randomly broke.

What you were doing: Trying to loot the red apartment buildings on the outskirts of Cherno.

Timeline of events before/after error: I tried to run into one of the red apartment buildings on the outskirts of Cherno, for some loot. The moment my character ran across the doorway of the building, my legs randomly broke. Thankfully I had a buddy, nearby that came and patched me up.

What happened: Tried to vault over barbed wire that someone had set up in the doorway and it broke my legs.

Where you were: Chernogorsk church.

What you were doing: Trying to enter the church in Cherno to loot.

Timeline of events before/after error: Myself and another player were going to the church in Cherno to loot and another player had set up barbed wire in the church doorway, I tried to vault over it and it somehow broke my legs. My buddy then patched me up with morphine and we left.
