help mic not working

hi, i have had dayz for some time my mic used to work on direct com but i have forgotten what i did to make it work i have the disc version of the game and the reason my mic inst working now is because i had to factory reset my computer. i did something in the settings for my mic it is a turtle beach p11. something in the device area
