Freindly clan server

Basically I've been playing on this game for about 3 days now and every time i get something or almost have some stuff i get killed but a couple guys who run up on me. So i'm looking for a clan server or private server that isn't necessarily all friendly (That just takes the fun out of it for me), but im not going to get shot down every time I run up on a city. Instead of hoping around from server to server id like to find one that i can play on consistantly and maybe meet some of the people within the server who are friendlies and also make enemies. Preferably a west coast server. Any suggestions?

My clan runs our own server and right now its pretty hard to regulate how a server is played on but i suggest making friends and join a clan to have others to play with it will increase your enjoyment of the game 10x if you are interested you are more then welcome to talk to me and see about joining my clan if you would like more info feel free to add me on steam [AOD]Dennisph
