Where too loot Berezino? (Mass Scrub)

Only played DayZ SA for a few DayZ but i never really looted Berezino on Chernarus+

Also in general, i feel regular houses spawn nothing, stores are spawning like nothing, same as firestation.

What buildings are the best to loot for the following?

Food/Drink

Weapons

Ammo

 

Also i had a M1911 with a mag but how do i load the mag into the M1911 i tried everything, it wouldn't work , all i could load was one bullet by one :/

Like i see all these streamers and stuff with M4s and im sitting here with a pistol haha

Drag some 45acp ammo into the weapon and select chamber round, that will let you load a single round of ammo, which is the best you can do till you find a magazine.

 

Piano houses, Office building, hospital, Police station and building site are my main targets in berezino when gearing up in that town, I normally then head north and hit the train station on the way to the shipwreck.

 

Edit: Drag the magazine onto the gun and  select attach magazine.. Note, you can't attach a ruined magazine to a firearm.

If you have a round chambered in a handgun,you can not load a clip into the gun

remove the one round that is chambered,then drag and drop your clip onto the handgun

 

Firestations have lots of loot so if you did not find any then it has already been looted

supermarkets have food and what not in them,but again if all is gone it has been looted

 

I loot hospitals,firestations,schools and any houses that look like rich people lived in them ;)

Berezino is normally the place I head to gather supplies if i wanna hit up the NEAF after spawning on the east coast.

 

Searching all the buildings around the tank in southern Berezino is a good idea, a variety of loot there, frequently double barrelled shotguns with ammo aswell, there is also a well, i go to the hospital which is a bit further north to pick up some meds, and then proceed to head further north towards the church and loot the police station, this should get you kitted out well enough to be able to head NW towards the NEAF.

If you want military stuff like weapons and army gear just head out to the airstrip just north of Berezino (watch out for campers waiting to kill people there though)
