DedicateDdos 50 Posted April 13, 2014 I kneecap everyone on sight, whether or not I kill them is a different story.
shaeg 136 Posted April 13, 2014 One run through NWAF, I go from yellow raincoated axe murderer to heavily armed camo murderer. No need to server hop. I wear all camo for the... camo. So I can be concealed while shooting anything with a payday mask or gasmask. Or anyone associated with said mask wearers. Or if I think they might be associated. Or if it is funny.Video game camp isn't fooling anyone. I wish it did though.
The_Monk 320 Posted April 13, 2014 Video game camp isn't fooling anyone. I wish it did though. The camo works perfectly if you know what to wear. No vest, no giant fridge backpack, no silly brightly coloured helmets/masks, no shiny glasses, no pasty white skin. Dressing like this: Has saved me more times than looking fabulous with lots of space/armour like this:

If you play a lot of fps games your eyes are trained to see other players regardless of what they are wearing. Its like current military camo in the middle east..doesn't do shit. And in my defense, most the PvP in dayz is urban warfare were the cammo actually stands out. Edited April 13, 2014 by Shaeg

I sincerely hope you are not one of those brave PvP wannabes playing with lowest possible graphical settings, to see through bushes/trees easily. In my opinion, stationary person, in green & camo clothing, hidden in bushes, is not so easily visible unles graphical settings are generally set to very low. edit: I realise, that due to poor performance of DayZ SA, lots of folks run with low details in order to get playable FPS and not to gain advantage in pvp. shaeg 136 Posted April 13, 2014 I play on high settings at home shitty settings on laptop. And even on high settings...maybe its just me. But whatever makes you feel safer in dayz
