Jump damage = none when hiting not ground?

So it's like when you jump from obstakles and not hit "ground" but something other like "wall" in my video or "car" from police station you don't get killed.
And in second video i just spawned and was going to climb up the barrel and got broken legs out of nothing so i wanted to kill myself and i couldn't not?? lol

I know we can't do anything about this that's why i posted here i don't understand/know how to make bug report so can you do one?
