TX20 restarted, server nuked, investigation pending.

TX20 was restarted after I received reports from players saying that the server was nuked (everyone died) and that someone was spawning rocket launchers.

I am investigating into the issue and will ban the bastard(s) doing this shit.

Server may get locked when the regulars get in. About 30-40 people who are server regulars to the TX20 server. This is a possibility, so we might not lock it. Just saying though.
