Game server provider

We have a server for almost a month and last week began to explore issues such as "waiting for host" or "server stuck" when no one can connect a number of players has not changed a long time. We use the hosting from Vilayer in Strasbourg location. These problems are caused by the provider or a new patch? Where you are hosting and from who provider??

If the online number doesn't change for a long time, you need to manually restart your server. Ours does this occassionally (is actually stuck showing 40 online at the moment) and I normally need to log in to the server provider and restart.

Yes I know about it. But I just watching this only a few last days, so I'm looking on where is problem.

Ah sorry. I have no idea what's causing this but we use a different hosting provider and have the same issue, so doesn't seem that it's provider specific.

As is now approaching the time extension, so we are too considering whether to change the provider. But from what you say, it probably is not worth it to do. :)

Sorry for double post.

 

Can someone please recommend a provider, which is satisfied? Now i have server from Vilayer and Fragnet, and Vilayer is probbably better (nice control panel, but no logs... fragnet heve log file)
